These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “Customer”) and 31 Jewels Inc., a Florida corporation (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), governing your use of our website located at www.31jewels.net (the “Site”) and any products or services purchased through the Site.

By accessing, browsing, or making a purchase on the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must not use this Site.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If accessing on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. PRODUCTS & DESCRIPTIONS

All items listed on the Site are offered as-is and subject to prior sale. We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, measurements, and photographs. However, minor variations in color or texture may occur due to photography or screen differences.

Unless otherwise noted, merchandise listed is pre-owned and may show signs of wear consistent with age and prior use.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & BRAND DISCLAIMER

We are an independent seller of pre-owned fine jewelry and are not affiliated, endorsed, or sponsored by any third-party brands, including but not limited to Tiffany & Co., Cartier, John Hardy, or Rolex.

Any brand names, trademarks, or logos mentioned on our Site are used strictly for the purpose of identifying genuine pre-owned merchandise, in accordance with fair use principles under applicable trademark laws.

All original content on the Site, including text, logos, photography, and design elements, is the intellectual property of 31 Jewels Inc. and may not be used without express written permission.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

Prices are subject to change without notice. All amounts are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. We accept major credit cards and secure third-party payment processors. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount indicated at checkout, including any taxes or shipping fees.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.

5. ORDER FULFILLMENT

All items are shipped from the United States. Shipping timeframes are provided as estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title transfers to the Customer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.

For orders over $500, a signature is required upon delivery. All packages are fully insured. In the case of a missing or undelivered item, you must complete an affidavit and cooperate with the insurance investigation before a refund or replacement may be issued.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns are accepted only in accordance with our separate Return and Refund Policies, which are incorporated herein by reference.

All returned items must meet eligibility conditions, and all refunds are subject to restocking fees. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Please consult the Shipping & Returns page before initiating any return.

7. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable law;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 31 Jewels Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchase of products, including but not limited to lost profits, delays, delivery issues, or misrepresentations by third-party carriers or manufacturers.

Our maximum liability under any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product in dispute.

10. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
