This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) is issued by 31 Jewels Inc., a Florida corporation (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and governs the terms under which we fulfill and deliver merchandise purchased through our website. By placing an order, you (“Customer” or “you”) agree to the terms set forth herein. This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and all disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
Processing Times
Standard order processing time is one (1) business day; however, orders may take up to two to three (2–3) business days to process during peak periods, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances. Custom, personalized, or modified orders may take up to thirty (30) calendar days for fulfillment.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We offer complimentary insured shipping via USPS, UPS, or FedEx for all orders within the United States. Estimated domestic delivery is within three (3) to five (5) business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Signature Requirement
Orders valued at over $500 USD require an adult signature upon delivery. The Company is not responsible for delays due to unavailability for signature or inaccurate delivery information provided by the Customer.
Overnight Shipping
Orders exceeding $1,000 USD qualify for complimentary overnight shipping within the United States, subject to availability and carrier cutoff times. Orders under $1,000 USD may be upgraded to overnight service for a flat fee of $35 USD. Overnight service applies to business days only.
International Shipping
International shipping is available for a flat rate of $150 USD and is fulfilled via FedEx or UPS. Typical delivery times range from three (3) to seven (7) business days. International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by the destination country. Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
Insurance & Delivery Responsibility
All shipments are fully insured. Risk of loss and title for all merchandise transfers to the Customer upon confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier. In the event a shipment is marked as “delivered” by the carrier but the Customer reports non-receipt, the following terms apply:

The Customer must complete and submit a legally binding affidavit of non-receipt, along with any supporting documentation required by the insurance provider or carrier.

The Customer must fully cooperate in the investigation and claim process initiated by the Company or its insurer.

Refunds or replacements will not be issued unless and until the insurance claim is approved by the relevant insurer.

Failure to submit required documentation or to cooperate with the insurance investigation will result in forfeiture of any claim for refund or replacement.
Fraudulent Claims & Chargeback Protection
Any unauthorized attempts to obtain a refund via chargeback, bank dispute, or false claim of non-delivery—without exhausting the Company’s return or insurance processes—will be considered fraud. The Company reserves the right to submit all correspondence, tracking data, insurance reports, and delivery confirmation records to credit card processors and financial institutions in defense of such claims.
Additionally, fraudulent claims may be reported to relevant authorities, and the Company reserves all rights to pursue civil remedies, including damages and legal fees, to the fullest extent of the law.
Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for delays, loss, or non-performance caused by carriers, customs inspections, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Delivery times are not guaranteed and do not constitute a binding obligation.
